Life This Week 4/11/2019: Colours I Love.

I couldn’t narrow it down to just one colour this week.  It’s November, after all.  The unofficial start of an endless spring / summer of good times and celebration in Sydney.  These are the colours I’ve seen and loved this week.

The disco colours of Master SSG’s 7th birthday party invitations…

Seven.  Gulp.

The late Sunday morning colours of prawns, mango, Moet and distressed boyfriend jeans.

Other late Sunday morning colours of a sun safe hat, polo top and slime making ingredients.  All mercifully out of doors and with all surrounding furniture surfaces double covered in wipe down plastic.

The colours of the work car park first thing in the morning.  I’m doing a fitness challenge where I need to log in a minimum of 2 days worth of foot-based commuting per week and it’s been a revelation just how many minutes a day I spend walking to and from places.

The colours of a new light rail station just by where Sunday morning swimming lessons take place.  I’ve been nothing but excited this year over the massive changes we’ve seen in Sydney’s rail-based public transport.

That shimmery red and white foil wrapping of KitKat Santas.  Will they taste as good (if not better) than Merryteaser (Malteser) Reindeer?  There’s only one way to find out…

The silver-toned look of an empty shopping trolley, a supermarket empty of customers and a mug full of coffee.  It’s the best way to do grocery shopping!
